You are Being HeldYou are being held. Do you ever feel afraid that you’re going to fail to live your purpose? That you won’t be able to become the best version or yourself? That’s a common and normal fear, given the weight of responsibility that healers and lightworkers often feel. But you are being held. By the divine. By your own divinity. By your spirit guides or spirit team. You are being held. They’ve got you! There is another very common fear, for healers and lightworkers. The fear is that if you keep going deeper and deeper into spiritual connection, you might go crazy but not be able to bring yourself back to sanity. If you’ve ever felt that fear, you’re not alone! But you’re being held so lovingly. And they’ve got your back. So, you’re safe. And while we’re at it, there’s one more fear I want to discuss. What will people think? Again, a very normal fear. We’ve been conditioned into that one. We’ve been conditioned into all of them. But I have two responses to that fear. One is that you can choose the level of openness you are most comfortable with in sharing your spirituality with others. But on the other hand, having a spiritual mission and dedicating yourself to it will change you. And there may be people who cannot handle your frequency, or handle the mirror you will inadvertently become. But this is what you came here to do and who you came here to be. And you are being held. So any losses you sustain will happen from the inside of the energy of love and support that surrounds you. Because I trust that, I want to invite you to use every resource you’re offered, from me, or anyone who is on this journey with you, to the fullest you’re able to do, knowing that you’re safe. Mindfulness MomentLet’s take a minute to visualize and feel into that energy of love that surrounds you. Breathe into it and let it seep into your heart. Sink into its cozy warmth and boundless strength. Allow yourself to feel the fierceness of it, and its protection. I am doing this with you, and I love how it is making me feel both grounded and a little floaty. Maybe you are feeling it, too? Take one more deep breath and let yourself soften in the presence of this love and support. What would it be like to trust it so much you could live fearlessly? What might that look like and feel like? As you begin to bring your attention back to the room you're in, tuck this experience into your heart, so you can come back to it. Feel your feet on the floor, to ground you, and come back fully to this present moment. How did that go? Were you able to feel the sensation of being held?
