When was the last time you meditated, or took time to experience stillness? Take a few moments now, to breathe deeply and slowly. You might even close your eyes for a minute and let yourself really relax.

Oh, that's lovely that being out in nature felt rejuvenating for you! I think if you paused for a moment here and there, that definitely counts as stillness.

I meditate every day, sometimes more than once. It is my anchor
