A heart-centered lifestyle is about finding your true self, understanding your values, and living a life that makes you happy. Living a heart-centered life means choosing love instead of fear, living from the heart more than the head and not letting external issues steal your joy. As lightworkers who are here to anchor higher frequencies, living from love and staying in its energy not only empowers us to live our purpose, it makes it possible for those frequencies to reach others. Never is it more important than when something's wrong in our own personal world or in the world at large. Here are 7 ways to create a heart-centered lifestyle... Create a Heart-Centered Lifestyle(1) Morning Rituals: Begin your day with a cozy ritual that connects you to your divine self. (2) Mindful Breathing: Throughout your day, practice mindful breathing to center yourself. With each inhale, imagine drawing in pure, loving energy, and with each exhale, release any tension or negativity. How does your body feel when you breathe in love? (3) Heart-Centered Meditation: Dedicate time to meditate, focusing on your heart chakra. Visualize a radiant light expanding from your heart, and then surrounding you. (4) Affirmations of Love: Speak affirmations that connect you to your heart. Phrases like "I am dropping down into my heart now" or you can ask, "what does my heart think?" What other affirmations come to mind? (5) Healing Connection to Nature: Spend time in nature, wherever you feel most connected to the divine. For me, it's the ocean. Where is it for you? (6) Clear Your Energy: Cleanse & clear away negative energy from your energy field with practices like smudging, salt baths, or crystal healing. You also can try a grounding visualization - imagine your own light surrounding you, and moving downward, deep into the earth. See it dissolve any negativity and bring back love energy into your body and into your heart. (7) Evening Reflection: As your day ends, think of the moments where you felt connected to your love and light or felt a heart connection to others. We're coming to the end of this post now, and there's something I really want you to take in and remember. You are a powerful being of light, and if you can live from the heart, the power of your love can change the world. love, Jeanine

Just what I needed to read first thing Jeanine! I'm trying to work on this new lifestyle for me. I have been working on making my quiet corner outside for the past month and while it's not completed I go out there every morning and evening to meditate and reflect. It's peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature and the perfect place for me to clean and clear my mind.

Kristine, are you rushed in the morning? That could certainly make it a challenge. Especially if you're not a morning person (I definitely am not!)

Jeanine, it's a delight to read this blog. These are many of the practices I've learned through the years as I've become more into my full self-expression. You've really laid out a foundation that people can begin to apply. These things really work. And I love your message of love changing the world. I so agree!

Thanks for sharing these ways to stay centered in the heart! I'll definitely try some of these, like mindful breathing and realigning my meditation. It sounds like a great way to bring more peace into daily life. I have definitely done smudging before - a few times. I found the best for me was upon moving to a new place.

That's great, Jodi!! Oh, yes, definitely, in a new home. But another good time might be when something tough has happened but is now over, like a difficult illness, or a time of grieving a loss.
